Mild Steel

Mild Steel, also commonly called carbon steel is widely used in light and heavy fabrication. At United Metals Laser. We can cut up to 25mm thick steel plates and we hold stock of various grades as per the customer's requirement. Some of the grades are as below

• Mild Steel (250 grade)
• Mild Steel (350 grade)
• Galvanised Metal Sheet
• Cold Roll Steel
• Wear Plates
• Hardox
• Checker Plate(floor plate)

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel has a wide range of use and they are ideal for hygienic environment due it's property of sterilized and resistant to corrosion. This material are widely used in architecture design, automotive industry and manufacturing various components. Grades of stainless steel sheet are as under

• Stainless 304 (ideal product)
• Stainless 316

Our machine is capable of cutting stainless steel sheet of size up to 16mm thick. There are various finish stainless steel sheets available and we can cut as per customer's requirement as long as thickness remains 16mm or under.

Aluminium

When it comes to lightweight material, Aluminium is the name. Aluminium is mostly used in transportation, electric, machinery components and many more industry. Due to it's property of highly resistance towards corrosion, such material is used in humid environment. For laser cutting, we use different grades which are as under,

• Aluminium 5005 (ideal product)
• Aluminium 5083

Grade of 5000 series is mostly used in laser cutting due to present of magnesium in alloy. This makes it stronger than other series.
We can cut though other series grade of sheet on customer's request as cutting thickness for Aluminium is up to 12mm.
